Kingsmead Leisure Centre The centre offers a range of activities for all ages and abilities. Swimming is catered for in the centre's three pools, including a beach pool for family use. The Dance Studio and the Mind and Body studio both offer a range of exciting classes to get you fit and if that doesn't work, then the Reflexions Fitness Studio with its array of hi-tec equipment and trained instructors or the separate Cycle Studio will. The centre also boasts a crèche facility, multi-purpose sports hall, solarium and a cafè. New in 2005 was the addition of two meeting/party rooms and two self-contained health and beauty treatment rooms for hire.
