Paradise Park : Dinosaur Safari

Enter the dinosaur Park and relive Prehistoric times with life size dinosaurs towering overhead among the plants and vegetation. Hear the sounds of the Jurassic Age and stand your ground against the most ferocious dinosaur of all time – the Tyrannosaurus Rex.  As one of the most feared meat-eating dinosaurs it’s massive skull had powerful jaws with serrated teeth up to 7” long.  The reign of the dinosaurs has always been one of the most enthralling periods of the Earth’s history. As you wander around our new Dinosaur Park look out for the Triceratops, one of the last dinosaurs found living on Earth. Within the main exhibition, life size moving dinosaurs provide an unforgettable experience and an insight into life 150 million years ago

Paradise Park : Playzone

Children can enjoy the Adventure Play Area and Fun Trail. 18 hole Crazy Golf and other coin operated games such as radio controlled boats and the Hillbilly Shooting Gallery are available at a small charge.

Paradise Park : Gardens

Thousands of flowering shrubs and trees make up a backdrop to waterfalls, fountains and lakes teeming with fish - which you can enjoy feeding during the Spring and Summer. The design incorporates many styles from the formal waterside boardwalk to more natural lakeside plantings. You will discover unusual garden designs.

Paradise Park : Museum

The Museum Of Life is one of the finest exhibitions of its type in the country and is home to a most unique collection of fascinating fossils, some so old and so detailed they are almost beyond belief. View intricate and complex crystals of all sizes and interesting minerals from around the world.

Paradise Park : Maritime Museum

The Local & Maritime Museum is independently operated by the Newhaven Historical Society, a registered charity dedicated to preserving the considerable collections of models and artefacts of historical interest.
